Ash Posted 17 January 2005 Posted 17 January 2005 Gillespie set for Foxes comebackLeicester boss Craig Levein is expected to recall Keith Gillespie, who has completed a three-match ban, for the FA Cup tie against Blackpool. "He was doing well before he picked up the suspension and I have been pleased with his performances since I arrived," Levein told his club's website. "Hopefully, he can pick up where he left off. "Keith could give us a little bit of width in the side again so it is an option we could take."
Durnerz Posted 17 January 2005 Posted 17 January 2005 I wouldnt take maybury out of the side, nor would I change the formation back to 4-4-2, maybe putting gillespie in the centre 3 and watching him push on from there would be good, we lacked that against preston, nalis could do with the rest time as well.
Anish Posted 17 January 2005 Posted 17 January 2005 Stick with the same formation and don't play Gillespie for a game or 2 now that his ban is over. He shouldn't walk straight back into the team after his stupid behavious.

Maybury had a solid game on Saturday, but the only way I see Gillespie playing is if we revert back to 4-4-2.
