Sooper Steve's shin Posted 19 February 2007 Share Posted 19 February 2007 Was it just me or was the first half-time entertainment of the new Mandaric-era another sign of a return to the good times? Birch seemed to be enjoying it, crowd got involved, Filbert got jumped by a gang of kids - that's what its all about!

Geo V Posted 19 February 2007 Share Posted 19 February 2007 I wasnt there on Saturday so I cant comment on the difference in atmosphere or HT entertainment but there will be a honeymoon period when a new owner and sometimes a new manager turn up and the bubble will burst and reality will kick in when a result or two goes wrong. I just hope that this ends up being the longest honeymoon in footballing history, lets say about 10 years!
