What a load of cockshaft.

I saw the trailer for it on the telly the other day.

Why oh why do they have to do this kinda thing?

All this rehashing of old classics/ideas is getting out of hand.

What did they do to the title to? TMNT! What pranny came up with that one?

Best to stick with the original, in my opinion. ;)

The cartoons were class

The film i remember watching was ok. This CGI stuff takes away the life from the characters, and they do sound a bit annoying. Apparently no shredder aswell!

Turtle Power!!!! :D

Ahhh, childhood memories...

It'll never be as good as it used to be

100% bang on. I loved the turtles when I were younger (God I feel old saying that!!).. They were quality. But I'm afraid the film will not capture that same magic. And could well be a disappointment. Which really would be a shame.

I am completely utterly 100% totally in complete and utter agreement with the statement of the previous poster, as quoted directly above my totally bizarre ramblings. Obviously.

It's a shoddy rehash of the original, and if the rumours about a lack of Shredder as true, then this film simply will not be fit to lace those silly ties around the Ninja Turtles' eyes.

These bastards are doing their utmost to wreck some true cartoon classics with their digitized versions.

Disgusting.

Powerful. Moving. Lovely. I agree with this wholeheartedly. And I am not impressed. At all. Oh, and if Shredder isn't in it, bin it. Fact.

There's no voice credited for Shredder in the movie, implying that he is indeed a no-part character in this movie.

Karai, an ex-underling of the Shredder is part of the story line, though... so he's there in spirit.

lol lol lol

Biker Mice from Mars!

lol lol lol

I used to see it occasionally many years ago... it was on at what I now consider to be an unearthly hour - like 7am or so. I'd only watch it if I was awake by that time. lol

And only because there was nothing else on. ^_^

Why all these remakes etc? :P

Have they run out of good ideas? :dunno:

:nono:

They didn't run out of ideas.

They ran out of good, new and original ideas in about 1983.

Since then they've had plenty of ideas... remake old films. The supply for this is quite large, really.

They may not be new or original... but they're certainly ideas.

And they get paid silly money for doing what's been done already. I'd love a job like that...

... actually, I do have a job like that. I create a simpler, easier to read inventory (with all the required information, I add) for the benefit of the people who want to pay us money for stuff... and I thought that was that as far as inventory goes. A month later I'm back doing another inventory of the exact same items with exactly the same pricing and quantities as before (all the very same required information and nothing more)... but on an original inventory sheet. I was basically redoing what I'd already gone.

Got paid twice to do it. Lovely.

But I'm not on the 10s of millions that these Hollywood rip-off merchants Directors are.
