Stuliasz Posted 28 January 2005 Posted 28 January 2005 As I revealed Keown's stats for the club on his departure, I thought it only best to lay down the stats for Kevin Pressman as a tribute to one of the players who has turned out to be a bit of a cult figure for some of the Leicester fans. Here are the stats: Club Statistics Apps: 15 Goals Against: 18 Clean Sheets: 5 Yellow Cards: 0 Red Cards: 0 Fans View Statistics Overall Average: 6.42 August Average: - September Average: 7.05 (5 apps) October Average: 6.60 (6 apps) November Average: 5.48 (3 apps) December Average: - January Average: 4.99 (1 app) Best Performance: 8.22 vs Gillingham (A) Worst Performance: 4.38 vs Preston North End (H) - Pressman was the 4th best player in our current squad - Pressman was the 8th best player out of all players who have played this season Awards Won: - 3 Man of the Match awards: Gillingham (A); Preston North End (H) (CC1); Cardiff City (A) - 1 Flop of the Match award: Crewe Alexandra (A) - 1 Performance of the Day award: Cardiff City (A) - 4 Letdown of the Day awards: Sheffield United (H); Preston North End (H); Crewe Alexandra (A); Sunderland (H) - 1 Most Disagreed On Player award: Crewe Alexandra (A) - 1 Flop of the Month award: November - 1 Worst Individual Performance of the Month award: November vs Crewe Alexandra (A) - 1 Most Erratic Player of the Month award: November Seems that Kev just lost his confidence after the mistake against Preston and went downhill from there. The ratings from you show that he had a good start to his Leicester career throughout September, but the mistake at the start of October has haunted him and I think this has been the reason behind his nervous performances. I have never been too critical of him though and hope he does well if he goes to another club or into coaching.
spirefox Posted 28 January 2005 Posted 28 January 2005 That tells it all.Hope he can carry on and do a job somewhere else.
Cat Burger Posted 29 January 2005 Posted 29 January 2005 I thought he was known as 'the flying potato'??? Love it.
Anish Posted 29 January 2005 Posted 29 January 2005 Great statistical analysis there Sheff. He went downhill as soon as Levein took over and his stats prove just how inconsistent he was.

A couple of his mistakes were unbelievable and some of his stops were equally so.
