4) His up-and-under for the first of Walshie's double at Wembley.

5) His memorable clogging of Tommy Johnson in the same game, at a time when the ginger one looked like ripping us to shreds!

6) Being part of the first City side EVER to win at Wembley.

For the above reasons, I won't hear a word said against him!

Does anyone have a video of choppers goal at Barnsley when we won 3-2?

If you have only supported City since 1993 how can you pass judgement on Tony Spearing?

He was born in 1993 apparently.

Putting Skills in there was bad enough.

Maybe he talked to folk who saw him play? :dunno:

But he's not wrong. Spearing was a steaming pile of poo during his time with us. Looked pretty sound in Masters football though! :o

DENNIS WISE!!! TW*T / ****!!!

Agreed.

It amazes me why people post digs at the current squad while that little parasite, who leeched off us far more than they've ever done, continues to walk this earth..

Trevor Benjamin will never get the recogonition he deserves for his contribution to our promotion season. His one man battering ram demonstration at Brammall Lane is still one of the funniest things I have seen at football. Peter Ndlouv completely splattered on the turf

 That was class.

Also, his goal in the home game against Portsmouth, for about one hour that goal had us top of the league! :scarf:
