Job applications with ethnicity/color box

You could write a book about the ethnicity question on application forms and whatever your view it would incense one vested interest or another.

To me it's an abomination.

In many ways, it is anti. Not always anti white or anti-black but anti someone depending on requirements.

If you respect all colours and creeds then there is no need for such patronising crap. I look forward to the day when planet earth is a place where anyone can move to live and work anywhere with total freedom.

Not the sort of freedom that only applies according to certain criteria such as skilled, wealthy, in the best of health, have a family etc.

Every border that has ever existed is a contrived means of control.

Trouble is men cannot resist seeking power and control over others - be they military, religious or political zealots. Doesn't make em right though.
