Why doesn't my laptop

Recommended Posts

Nearly chopped my finger off today and now have a plaster on it!

Strangely I now cannot use my touch-pad using the plastered finger  Why not?

I'm stumped :S

You could always just use a different finger

Mouse pads tend to be responsive only to normal finger conditions.

Wet fingers don't work terribly well (usually not at all). Plastered fingers don't cut it either.

Neither do other objects such as pens, pencils and erasers in most cases. It seems that synthetic materials just don't do it, generally.
