I still believe we need a decent passing Centre back who can take it on and play a decent ball (none of the current back three are it) and a decent attacking midfielder to complement Clem and Weso, failing that play Humey there but that should only be a short term thing IMO. Until Clem went off last night (and I know it was only 15 minutes) we actually looked slightly decent going forwards. We've got two players (Ferreira and Kaebi) who have potential but for some reason it's not being realised- WHY? If Chambers were to play right wing back (if we keep 3-5-2) and Mattock left-wing back we might stand a better chance going forward. If a manager can come in an sort these few things out we could challenge for the play-offs. The game against Watford wasn't a fluke, I have no doubt that the potential IS in there if we improve in these few areas. Whoever comes in just needs to get it out. Once I find out who we appoint then I'll tell you if I think it's possible.
