Brainy Posted 25 October 2007 Posted 25 October 2007 Knee injury ends Todorov's season Todorov has scored three goals for Charlton this season Charlton striker Svetoslav Todorov has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee injury. He suffered a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament and also sustained a small fracture within the knee during Charlton's defeat to Plymouth. The Bulgarian is due to undergo reconstructive surgery in three weeks' time. He damaged the cruciate in his other knee in 2003. Todorov, 29, joined the Addicks from Portsmouth in the summer. He has scored three goals for Alan Pardew's side this season.
Simi Posted 25 October 2007 Posted 25 October 2007 Blessing in disguise. Considering how close we were to signing him, unlucky for the lad though.
Father Ted Posted 25 October 2007 Posted 25 October 2007 Blessing in disguise. Considering how close we were to signing him, unlucky for the lad though. True, but look at Hasselbaink and Fowler. They both scored last night again! So it does kind of even out.
ASH17LCFC Posted 25 October 2007 Posted 25 October 2007 True, but look at Hasselbaink and Fowler. They both scored last night again! So it does kind of even out. Fowler seems just to be scoring from the spot though, but a goal is a goal i guess.
Father Ted Posted 25 October 2007 Posted 25 October 2007 Fowler seems just to be scoring from the spot though, but a goal is a goal i guess. But he wins the penalties.
The Stig Posted 26 October 2007 Posted 26 October 2007 I signed Todorov on Fifa, solid but unspectacular. Normally comes on for Hume or Huckerby (another signing) around 70 mins. Huckerby's quite good, my top scorer in the prem! Bet know one cares but I thought i'd say it anyway.
