I don't suppose anyone has heard an update on Gradel have they. It wouldn't surprise me if his return home becomes permanent in the circumstances but it is ironic that a fit Gradel would surely walk into our team right now and there is no-one who's particular abilities are more needed.

If we go back to a 4-4-2 then why not! But with Burrows & Taggart to stubborn to change this current formation, I can't see him fitting in. Gradel is a winger by trade, and if we could revert back to 4-4-2 and get him and Newton, yes Newton, on each wing then we might see a change of things.

And before people slate me for wanting Newton in the side, the man is a winger and is actually decent when playing at his right position.
