Didn't this all kick off just before the ones who are now in trouble were removed (thanks to the takeover by Gadsby, or whatever his name is)? There were rumours of dodginess for years before an investigation was formally launched... the rumours about Derby being in the shit to the tune of 40 million or more persisted for many months, and nobody was terribly convinced when the management of the day tried to assure people that all was well. This is nothing new... in fact, isn't he the third or fourth man to be charged now?
