You may laugh - but I'm seriously glad that no one has dumped an Elvis Hammond in my drive. I simply don't carry that amount of liquidity!

I think any house with character deserves a Louis Dodds in it. You know, the ugly piece of crap that is sitting somewhere on the mantle or maybe in the back garden and you haven't got the heart to sling it in the bin, despite knowing its shite.

These minimalistic style houses without the Dodds or Elvis efforts around the house are rubbish IMO.

but we still have to give them the same money, except we have to do it all at once rather then in monthly amounts which has already been factored into our budgets

I'm pretty sure mutual consent means that we come to some agreement where we pay off less, rather than just paying up their contract meaning they have to feck orf.
