Don't remember Hignett as being on trial at all and the Mickey slaters went to town recently stating that. We sign someone as cover for three months to give us an option and it's seen as a pointless signing. Is it just me or does anybody else think it's a reasonable shout. It's not so long ago that Billy McKinlay played without a contract and became a hero so I don't see what peoples problems are. He (SG) didn't play a great deal last season so what are people suppose to judge him on other than the friendlies he's contributed to and the next three months?
