Mr Happy Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Now as somebody mentioned earlier this has nothing to do with having a pop at the man, Holloway, personally but tactically the guys inept and I don't feel even remotely comfortable with him at the helm of our seriously troubled club. Any other club and he'd make a decent manager but for us I don't think so, e.g. playing your last game needing a win to stay in the championship he shouldn't have started Hayles up front on his own or even included Howard in the squad. IMO he'd lost our dressing room long ago and he should of stayed at Plymouth where he would of had more chance of being a success, instead he'll be forever regarded as one of, if not, the worse mangers city have ever had, bar his recent history breaking stats. A fact I had forgotten until just reading some material on the net now, Ollie was the first manager in 50 years+ to win his first game in charge against Bristol City and then now hes the first manager to get us relegated outside the top two flights of english football. Some statistics I doubt we'll be seeing the likes of for a long time again (i.e. winning the FA cup) which makes me believe we should keep him in charge to see just how many more history making stats he can run up whilst further turning our beloved club into a joke. Just think what he could achieve if he stays: Signing up another several has-beens? Getting us relegated to league2? Putting us into administration?
Ultra Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 He'll be gone within a week. Mandaric has no other option but to get rid.
