Benji Posted 2 April 2005 Share Posted 2 April 2005 i know its bad timing with the groundshare stuff but what a fooking quality match earlier got home from work at 5.30 and watched it with pure pride! i'm against a groundshare however if individual games, such as the semi-final against toulouse were played at the walkers i would be extatic - in fact if it is at the walkers i'm definitely going so long as football will not interupt i know most hold a grudge against the tigers for this groundshare and other reasons but i have a pride in leicester that i want us to be renound in all sports' we compete in and today was another way of showing the world we're the best at rugby oh and to put the game into perspetive, they were away to Leinster who hadnt conceeded a try all tourny i heard, and yet won 13-29 (give or take few points?) Wellman Posted 2 April 2005 Share Posted 2 April 2005 I think the goundshare is going ahead pretty much I was speaking to my cousins mate who is a steward at the ground after the game and he is pretty sure that it is going ahead.
Sparky Posted 3 April 2005 Share Posted 3 April 2005 tigers were awesome , leinster were unbeaten in the heineken cup so to go there and demolish them was a brilliant result
Durnerz Posted 3 April 2005 Share Posted 3 April 2005 The atmosphere in the pub we went to where the game was being screened was amazing, very proud day for Leicester.
