Leicester boss Levein, 40, is still haunted by a 14-game ban for breaking the nose of Hearts team-mate Graeme Hogg. Levein clashed with Hogg midway through a meaningless friendly with Raith 10 years ago. He landed a punch which knocked out former Manchester United defender Hogg, who was then carried off on a stretcher.
