i know im probably stating the obvious but pearson must be bloody good at half time team talks or whatever the hell he does in there, we werent great in the first half at cheltenham won 4-0 we struggled against fulham came out two minutes later were 2-1 up. boring nill nill today at half time, come back out and destroy them.

hes clearly not the sort of manager whos happy with one nill at half time and just says keep it going, and im pleased with that, makes the games much more interesting to watch and follow aswell.

well played pearson and his staff would love to be a fly on the wall in our dressing room he must be big on motivation. oh and also one final thing hes not affraid to make a sub or two at half time is he and i like to see that.

We've scored 15 goals so far this season and 11 of them have been in the 2nd half.
