FilboFox Posted 2 October 2008 Posted 2 October 2008 Just wondered if anyone else has been watching this over the past year or so... I personally think it's a DAMN good series and is VERY well done by the BBC. Yes, the facts aren't exactly true to life all the time but nevertheless, it's a very good series that I have thoroughly enjoyed and can't wait for the final episode tomorrow! Just for all those who might wonder, there is a series 3 too... and no doubt a series 4 and maybe 5 considering the amount of wives that bastard had.

Oh come off it... for one, the language is wrong... such words as **** wouldn't have been used... plus there are many events that are incorrect to what we know did happen then. I'm not even gonna rise to the other statement.

The two statements were one and the same, intricately linked. In essence you already took the bait.

Guest Posted 3 October 2008 Posted 3 October 2008 They were a right bunch of filthy duckers in them days. Read The Cook's Tale. I did. I was shocked. Truly shocked. I am still in therapy now.
