It really needs to be started again... then we could make it as realistic as possible... have category's, probably groups, over 25's, girls and boys, 4 judges... and cut down the time at the start so that it's quicker... I know that was something that everyone picked up on...

Also, I'd get as much input from everyone else as well so that it is as transparent as possible to avoid any scandals and accusations of it being fixed.

For the auditions you should set a week for entry and as soon as people enter there video the four of you should should decide yes or no to save people waiting around, Get the other three to pm you there choice and post the video like so...

How can I prove anything? I don't have the power to look at your IP address and all that shebang so I can't do anything... I'm all for it being innocent until proven guilty but from the sounds of it, it does look like you are AC and happy...

Although we could just say yes straight away... AoWW could edit the post that underneath it it says what we thought. :) I like it! :D

Just thought it could get confusing with yes and no's everywhere, Especially if 3 or 4 enter at the same time.

Now then... a name for the competition...

FT Factor 2008... just lose the X? It isn't necessary...

3 days auditions then 2 days for the judges to decide and then it's revealed... then the people have 2 days to submit their songs to start the weekend after?

My suggestion is that we scrap both this competition and the MTWG one and start one big one with everyone having a say on how it's run and all that... like the suggestions that Fox You Forest just suggested. :)

Then I could include lildave3 as a judge... or lookwhaticando... or Fox You Forest... whoever... maybe replace James who always seems to not know what's going on! lol

Would be good to get a well organised and smooth running competition going... then again, you might want to keep the MTWG one going... just a thought.

Monday Tuesday Wednesday, You decide Thursday Friday, Then all weekend to choose a song for the first week start vote on the Monday finish Friday.

Sounds like a decent idea... will have to see what everyone else thinks...

Had another thought, we could have an admin person... like the one that calls the mentors and tells them who is going to mentor who! :D That'll make it more interesting too! :D Maybe lookydo could be the admin person who makes sure that everything and everyone (!) is behaving. :)

As much as I ridicule the competition, very publicly, I hate cheating and iffiness.

I saw a whole bunch of unhappy coincidences that led me to believe something was seriously amiss. It's not just IP addresses, it was emails and even Facebook that led us to believe the three users were one and the same. With the evidence on hand, you'd be scratching your head.

You do wonder when the email address for one user matches the name of another user's facebook profile. For example.

Still, what's done is done.

As for me being a judge, laughable suggestion. I know dick about music. :whistle:

Just the reason why I would want you as that admin person for a more open competition if it did get started. :) You could look over the whole thing. :)

I have just got in to be fair, i'm not going to be as anoyed about this whole situation like daz, it was a laugh im not even a Leicester fan, if you kids think I am a cheat so be it, I know none of you to really care!
