If I can wangle it we may pop into the TO on the way as we pass through but any sign of queue may well be enough for me to bail. Not a bad plan though if they can phone me in the car. And I am capable of speech. Try emailing them, and explaining your predicament, mention you were in the queue on Saturday and got told you woulnd't be served and you couldn't do it online as it won't let you do the Dad and lad, and you work till 5pm so could they contact you after 5 or even allow you an extension and see what they do? Make it sound worse than it is, if you get me.
