Fosse Boy Posted 9 April 2009 Posted 9 April 2009 Durham 244-4 after the first day's play. Be interesting to see how Vaughan and Bell (amongst others) fare for the the MCC. http://content.cricinfo.com/countycricket2...tch/382823.html
Fosse Boy Posted 9 April 2009 Author Posted 9 April 2009 It starts next week for us common folk. Gutted I'm missing my club's first games of the season. <_< But it's only because I'm going to Southend instead. Then it's straight in to the university cricket season.
Ultra Posted 9 April 2009 Posted 9 April 2009 It starts next week for us common folk. County have a friendly against Loughborough Uni at Grace Road starting on Saturday.
Corky Posted 9 April 2009 Posted 9 April 2009 County have a friendly against Loughborough Uni at Grace Road starting on Saturday. Mmm, tempting as I'm in Leicester on Sunday.

Only at Twenty20 games I believe. That was the case when I looked up the rules and regs on their website last year.

I wouldn't mind if they didn't run out of booze in their bars. I have purchased my Twenty20 tickets; it's the first time I won't have the season ticket in ages.

I reckon this Summer is gonna be a scorcher.
Fosse Boy Posted 12 April 2009 Author Posted 12 April 2009 Vaughan really needs to start taking the county game seriously if he's ever to be reconsidered as a regular international again.
