Frenzied Posted 3 May 2005 Posted 3 May 2005 Some of the football we've played in the last two games and in patches previously, since Levein's arrival, has been absolutely superb. It's some of the best passing I've seen in a Leicester side for years. The build up play to Connolly hitting the bar (think it was that move) on saturday involved about 30 passes from the back and across the pitch. The build up play for Connolly's goal was magnificent too - nice improvisation from Nalis. If we play like that next season and add the grit and determination that's been apparent in the previous two games then I can see us getting promoted and staying up.

Mark Posted 3 May 2005 Posted 3 May 2005 Stephen Hughes was the key in that move that saw Connolly hit the bar. He is so good (even out of position) that he shouldn't be playing in a shit team like us this season, but i hope he's seen the potential in the last few games for next season and stays put.
