Stuliasz Posted 13 September 2009 Posted 13 September 2009 I really enjoy playing squash. Signed up for a competitive league at the Hermitage in Whitwick for the first time a fortnight ago - pulled a muscle in my chest almost instantly afterwards but just about recovered now so looking forward to seeing how I match up against league players.

If you're new to squash then I recommend these vids: http://www.youtube.com/user/raziksquash. Goes through the important basics of the game (Don't play with a tennis grip)

The only guy supposed to be running himself to exhaustion is your opponent.
