Bristol City Past/Academy Players Vs BLC Staff

I know it's nothing to do with Leicester but I thought some people might find it interesting.

Today was a charity day for my friend Jamie Fish who passed away this year from cancer. One of the main events of the day was the football match between between Bristol City Past/Academy players and Bridge Learning Campus Staff (my school).

The match ended 3-2 to City.

Some of the pages from the matchday programme:

You can't really see the teams very well (above), but I wondered whether anybody on here would of heard of any of the Bristol City players?

Alan Walsh

Keith Millen

Gerry Sweeney

Glyn Schmidt

Paul Derrick

Grantly Dicks

Colston Gwyther

Chris Honor

Gary Orrs

Andy Llwellyn

Gary Marshall

Dave Mogg

Dave Payne

Mark Pullman

Micky Tanner

Bert Brown

Brian Drysdale

Nick Doors

Dave Lee

Also on the last page I it says that Gary Lineker donated something to the raffle/auction but I'm not sure what but I thought that was quite interesting. They managed to get some good prizes that would probably attract a lot of intrest so hopefully a lot of money was raised from today.

I've noticed that a lot of people are really kind on here when it comes to things like charities so if any of you are intrested then you can donate money to Jamie's charity: http://www.justgiving.com/jamiefish/

Thanks a bunch guys! :)

Sounds like it was a very good, successful event in aid/memory of a young man who tragically passed away, way before his time.

I know this is an issue close to your heart Amy and I'm really glad the event raised a lot of money for Jamie's charity. Thanks for posting to let us know about that ;)
