Guest Bilo Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 I can see him becoming a very good manager in years to come, though he has started quite late at 40 considering Nige was already manager of Carlisle at 36. Still, he's learning from what is a very good managerial team of Pearson et al which has to be better than rushing into a job before you're capable. Best of luck to him, hope he can smash through what seems like a glass ceiling for black managers in the game.
