C-man Posted 12 May 2005 Posted 12 May 2005 Ian Millward wins his appeal Having read that Ian Millward, sacked as manager of St Helens for swearing last week, has lost his appeal against unfair dismissal, i wondered, how the Fcuk did Dennis Wise win his appeal for punching Callum Davidson? Why is there no consistency in disciplining sports professionals?

Why is there no consistency in disciplining sports professionals? 107568[/snapback] He won it on a technicality they didn't find that he didn't do it, what they concluded was that LCFC didn't go thorugh the procedures correctly as in MAs fining him 2 weeks wages and then the club changing that to a sacking, well that's how I undestand it.
