Good if you're splitting your ticket up to get a cheaper fare because it lets you order tickets that are under a fiver (East Coast website doesn't.) They do printable e-tickets for some journeys which saves a lot of shit, especially if you're jumping a local train to get to the main station. Just had some massively annoying experiences with it not working and stuff. Also I thought they did put on some stupid fee for booking or postage or something? If not maybe they'll get another chance...
