Mee Posted 6 April 2010 Posted 6 April 2010 No everyone gets their own allocated standing square. Think they are about 3 ft. Squared. Moving out of your square during the game or standing in someone elses will result in ejection from the ground, a 3 year ban and possible jail sentence. Haha, very dumb question by me then

You laugh but knowing Peterborough as I do thats not unlikely! I thought you could stand where You want 3-0 leicester You do! Well it depends really. If like last season you want to stand at the front like I did, you want to goet there early, otherwise is very difficult to do so, as stewards will only let you in certain bits of the stand if they feel one bit is too full, if you get what I mean. So if you dont want to stand near the back or at the sides, get there a little early.

thybluefox Posted 6 April 2010 Posted 6 April 2010 I'm in for this with a couple of mates, terrace - not sure which one though.
Maybes Posted 6 April 2010 Posted 6 April 2010 I'm in for this with a couple of mates, terrace - not sure which one though. The one behind the goal possibly? Thats where all the leicester following will be housed. Unless you're being dirty and populating the posh end.

Sure i remember someone asking the same question las season......could have been maddog.
PAULCFC Posted 6 April 2010 Posted 6 April 2010 The terrace holds 4000 odd,so should still be tickets left ........unlike last season.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 6 April 2010 Posted 6 April 2010 The terrace holds 4000 odd,so should still be tickets left ........unlike last season. Actually the terrace holds around 3,500, but adding seating to that total means we can take over 4000 altogether.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 6 April 2010 Posted 6 April 2010 We have sold out of our intial allocation of Terrace tickets, we should be receiving a further allocation of 1000. All Seating tickets are SOLD OUT and we will not be receiving a further allocation. From the OS. Tickets came today, really looking forward to this.
PAULCFC Posted 6 April 2010 Posted 6 April 2010 Actually the terrace holds around 3,500, but adding seating to that total means we can take over 4000 altogether. To be fair this chaps neare the mark.....still can't work out how we've not sold out yet though,ok last year was the first time we'd played there in donkeys and we could have secured promotion (if it wasn't for the hail stones!}.But every game now is a cup final for us at least.....beat peterboro, beat Watford,Blackpool lose both of their next games and their's no point going to Preston......but i will!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 6 April 2010 Posted 6 April 2010 When we got our Posh vs Newcastle tickets last week, my Dad asked how many they had sold for our game and the woman said 'they are selling fairly nicely but not as good as the Newcastle ones, as expected really as they are a far bigger club'. That comment made me laugh especially as we are Posh's neraest game they should be selling out. Typical Posh though they said they had sold out for Toon when they only got 12,800 odd, which is 1,500 shy of what they can get. So anyway hoping for a big crowd but I'd expect a figure short of a sell out in total, probably jsut over 12k.
Matt Posted 6 April 2010 Posted 6 April 2010 So what time are people who are on the trains getting into Peterborough, think i'm due to get in around 11.15. What pubs are people planning? Is the spoons close to the station?
C-man Posted 6 April 2010 Posted 6 April 2010 What the fvck are those carps playing at over there? Only giving 2000 on the terrace and then trying to resist giving us another thousand. Really can't understand why they didn't just flop out the 4k in one go. This tactic can only reduce sales, surely.
maddog Posted 6 April 2010 Posted 6 April 2010 Sure i remember someone asking the same question las season......could have been maddog. Yes it was me and i was so convinced Fooking dumbass me.

thybluefox Posted 6 April 2010 Posted 6 April 2010 The one behind the goal possibly? Thats where all the leicester following will be housed. Unless you're being dirty and populating the posh end. Haha yeah we're in the away end. Scanning this thread when I replied from work, I thought I read there was more than one away terrace. Either way, well be standing in the away end and singing as per usual
calum_lcfc Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 Check the chants thread and the ones about Waggy and lets get singing them
C-man Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 Another 1000 went on sale at 1pm today. Don't know if we'll get the last 500 or whether they've capped it at 3k on the terrace.
Wilkesy Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 This should be a big day. Looking forward to going on the train this year and having a few beers with the usual people as i missed out last year because i went with the mrs / was under the thumb. What time are people arriving and how far away from the station is the spoons?
