Dilkes Posted 15 April 2011 Share Posted 15 April 2011 I'm buying train tickets for me and my friends and I was just wandering does the time I've put down actually matter? I've put Journey details DATE DEPART ARRIVE CHANGES PRICE Fri 22/04/2011 15:54Leicester 16:25Nottingham 0 £27.60 Fri 22/04/2011 23:10Nottingham 23:58Leicester 0 N/A Would that matter? Cheers
h1210 Posted 15 April 2011 Share Posted 15 April 2011 Shouldn't think so, depends what type of ticket you have bought. I'd assume you have off-peak day returns in which case you can get any trains you like. It's only when you have 'advance' single/returns that you are tied to the train you have set. Jackirius Posted 15 April 2011 Share Posted 15 April 2011 Nope it shouldn't, when i get the train to Leicester/London they don't even look at the time and as long as it's not void you shouldn't have any hassle.
Houdini Logic Posted 15 April 2011 Share Posted 15 April 2011 If they're 'advance' tickets then you have to get the selected train. If it's something like an 'off peak return' or 'standard return' then the specific train time doesn't matter.
