beduffrich Posted 22 June 2011 Posted 22 June 2011 It's funny to read this after spending time on Cov Forums. Cov fans really are fed up with being a nothing club. So for you lot to say they think their bigger than they are is just wrong. Cov fans know it's a little club with a little following. LCFC could be the championship version of Man City. Big club but underachievers.

Big club but underachievers. Fair enough actually. And to be honest I occasionally feel myself feeling sorry for Cov fans of many years who have to risk life and limb to travel to that awful, awful stadium every fortnight - regardless of what we think of Cov as a club no one can argue that its not unfair on any fans to be relocated to an industrial estate on the M6 (especially when Highfield Road looked like a pretty good ground) It doesn't surprise me in the slightest that your attendances are low because it's simply impossible to actually get to your stadium!
beduffrich Posted 22 June 2011 Posted 22 June 2011 If you live in Cov it's actually pretty easy to get to. It's just the quality of the football when you get there is not the best. Although I don't know if you saw any of our matches since Andy thorn has taken over? He actually plays attractive football, whether or not it gets results remains to be seen. Personally if we can get a draw against you lot i'll be happy. 2-2 I'm going for.

Alexikokopops Posted 23 June 2011 Posted 23 June 2011 Whichever Leicester fan made that youtube account and the videos put quite a bit of effort in! Unless it genuinely was made by a Cov fan, in which case I fear for the world... I have never seen that before and spat coffee over my computer watching it! That is a work is genius if deliberate. It must be! Please tell me it's deliberate! TELL ME! I may save that for my favourites just so when I'm depressed I have something in my locker to cheer me up. Surely it's deliberate, and done by a Leicester fan. I'm surprised there haven't been many more posts suggesting this. I thought I was going mad! That's just me being picky though Actually, I tell a lie, I once ended up there twice in one year, watching Cov vs Stoke in 2005/06 (as well as Cov vs Leicester). It was quite good because Nalis put you ahead (I'll always love him for his goal for us against Leeds), Gerry Taggart equalised for Stoke (I'll always love him for constantly putting in a shift and for strangling Dennis Wise) and now Leicester player Paul Gallagher scored the winner. Oh, and no-neck Impey was playing. Brilliant.
