Mack Posted 15 August 2011 Posted 15 August 2011 The occasion totally got to him on Saturday. Seeing his old Manager and team mates. The Reading fans baiting him, and the expectation from our fans. He was much better against Coventry the previous week, if not wonderful granted, and I'm expecting him to sort it in the coming weeks. Before Saturday the media and most fans had him down as Premier League quality, that does not chance in one game.
marbelladave Posted 15 August 2011 Posted 15 August 2011 I think it is fair to point out that he missed a fair bit of pre-season with his damaged toe and it looks still to be bothering him, not that he will admit it. So, for me, he is not yet at full fitness and has not yet had enough game time to work out his team mates. Hopefully he will come good.....
