I can't. Depends on his personality. Players don't really react to age they react to what happens. If training is interesting, if the manager makes sense and shows some leadership, they'll react well enough. Alexander The Great created one of the greatest empires in ancient history as a young warrior king and only had discipline problems as he got older. More than anything he showed that winning is the answer when it comes to people showing respect!
