Astute in what way? All they've done so far is pump millions in, let Sven spend it and still the team aren't anywhere near the position in the League they should be. Plus they employed Sven when just a cursory glance at his recent record at club/international level should surely have rung alarm bells?

Hiring football managers is not an exact science. Sometimes it works most of the time it doesn't. But when we hired him he was definitely the best candidate available to us.
