You could stick me on up front in a team with Martin O'neill as a manager, just because i am fully motivated does not mean i am suddenly 'better'. We need to buy even more players than we did in the summer, but this time without spending anywhere as much money. Look at QPR the season before last, one of the favourites to go up and finished way below mid table. Everyone needs to calm down, expectation needs to decrease and most importantly players need to be added to our squad. Cotterill isnt good enough to play down the wing? How can anyone say that without seeing him play, im sure he must have some technical ability unlike our squad.
