Jace Posted 14 February 2012 Posted 14 February 2012 What about Plymouth , Darlington and Kettering? No offence to the above clubs, but they are hardly great losses to football in the same way as Portsmouth who actually have a great history as the 'mighty pompey' in the 40s and 50s. you talk utter crap those smaller clubs are the bread and butter of football why the hell should pompey get any help when it is twice in 3 years that they go into adminstration .the mighty pompey you havin a laugh To be fair in all honesty I would rather shit in my hands and clap than have a whip around for Plymouth Argyle
wigstonexile Posted 14 February 2012 Posted 14 February 2012 I reckon it needs a big club to go out of business to really make the football world wake up and begin to live within their means. Also some sort of wages cap similar to Rugby Union would benefit all clubs. Although as has been said it would be the fans that suffer whether it is portsmouth, Rangers , Kettering or Darlington.
