Alan’s an in your face, cuddly bear type of fella and he came in barking orders, but in a friendly way. I thought, ‘hold on a minute, how is this big guy going to run through these ladders and between these cones?’ But all of sudden he’s doing it and he’s got the quickest feet you’ve ever seen.
