"own personal money" ? dont think so , surely you know THEY cant lose out ? this is business , open your eyes !! have we got 60 millions worth of assets ?? we need to get prem to get our values up. otherwise they would need to find a buyer who was willing to pay over.. so surely theres still risk for them... cant get blood out of a stone.. not many people deal interest fee either.. as you say this is business..
