He knows the importance of building a team and how success won't come over night and he would ensure the owners know this before he agreed to come. He won't be here for the season if we aren't around the top 6 by christmas whatever the owners promised him of that you can be sure.
gingerlcfc Posted 26 August 2012 Posted 26 August 2012 RAJ you cant judge pearson by his first 3 games! The 10 game point is where we see how the start is. If we are bottom 3 hes sacked but we could win the next 7 games and have a good lead over everyone else.
