Don't think that at all. People are very keen on saying what the Thai's will or won't do, but there was a run of appalling performances like Cardiff & Brum away & Millwall at home where Sven looked so clueless & we played so bad that Sven lost the support of not only the Thai's, but the fans & in his final couple of games the players too. Everything I see on the pitch shows its the complete opposite of that... The only fly in the ointment is that moaners get more airtime on RL & letters pages of The Merc because moaners are more likely to phone/write in.... which can turn the opinion of normal sane fans.

Reading were playing well & only won one game in their opening period, might have been as long as 1 in 5 or 6, wonder if they regret not sacking McDermott then...

Pearson's here for the season, he would never have returned to the club if his job would be in danger in his first full season. He knows the importance of building a team and how success won't come over night and he would ensure the owners know this before he agreed to come.
