Kingy Posted 18 July 2005 Author Posted 18 July 2005 We have Celtic and Inter Milan - they get a showpiece friendly against Brum.
Random Burglar Posted 18 July 2005 Posted 18 July 2005 haha showpiece...bloody sheep....couldnt get a friendly with us, so had to settle for b'ham
supedaj Posted 18 July 2005 Posted 18 July 2005 very good that we can always attract the higher calibre teams. What do you think the interesting factor is with big teams coming to Leicester - Barcelona, Celtic, Inter Milan etc? Surely cant be a money factor. Lets face it - Leicester to the rest of the world hardly seems an attractive place to come and play...

Leicester_Mad Posted 18 July 2005 Posted 18 July 2005 I dont know about the Opposition but £5 a ticket for Season Ticket Holders to watch Derby Vs Brum sounds better than £20/15 to watch Celtic

Fox in a Box Posted 18 July 2005 Posted 18 July 2005 there are alot of scot who would pay that to see them (alot live close by in corby) and that could be a reason. And also Italians wanting to see Inter would pay 15/20. Plus all us silly seasoners pay that too... I get youtr point tho
