Hitesh Posted 19 July 2005 Share Posted 19 July 2005 Hull City have become the latest club to be linked with a move for winger Keith Gillespie. The Northern Ireland international has been looking for a new club following his release from Championship side Leicester City in the spring. The former Manchester United, Newcastle United and Blackburn Rovers player recently spent time on trial with Leeds United, but Tigers boss Peter Taylor is thought to want the 30-year-old in his squad at The Kingston Communications Stadium. Jason Price is Hull's only recognised right-sided midfielder and Gillespie's experience could prove to be a boost to the Humberside outfit in the coming season. It remains to be seen if Hull follow through with a move for Gillespie, with Taylor reportedly keeping his eye on Bristol City centre back Danny Coles.
