Post formatting guide

I might be being blind here, forgive me if I am. Is there a guide to post formatting on the site or is it generic forum formatting? I can never remember how to post spoilers and stuff like that?

The new version of IPB uses a What you see is what you get editor. So when you press the buttons above your post it applies it to the text.

The common tags still do apply though, if you prefer it that way

It's called BB Code. It tends to be pretty generic for all forums; here's a list.
