Just wondering if anyone pays much attention to match odds before each game? I think there's more to football than just a percentage chance but obviously these odds are a statistical reflection on the teams playing each other.

From looking at these odds the bookies obviously think we have a chance of making the playoffs! I'm quite surprised about how much they rate us with our recent form to be honest, but the bookies never lose

It's not really a case that they fancy us. More just that a load of money went on us earlier in the season when we were looking good so now they can't afford to offer you a decent price.

I don't think that's how it works.

If they didn't think we could do it now they'd make the price more enticing so that people bet on us and they recoup more money.
