Ricey Posted 22 August 2004 Author Posted 22 August 2004 yeh, but is it really the managers fault that we concede in the last minute? he's surely been working on that sort of thing in training or whatever 13991[/snapback] I wonder if he did work on the conceding late goals problem in training or not. You only have to look at set pieces. Since the start of last year he has instructed players to take low powerful corners (which just results in it going straight to the opposition) and for free kicks some of our 'routines' have involved kicking it straight out for a goal kick, kicking it to the goalie and passing out to the wing to MATT HEATH to cross in! That has been going on for over a year and still he hasn't changed owt, that makes me wonder if he is too stubborn to change things in training.
Highland Posted 22 August 2004 Posted 22 August 2004 I really do wonder what exactly it is they do practice all week out there on the training field..who can kick it the highest?
Guest freund Posted 22 August 2004 Posted 22 August 2004 I suppose, and I don't think i've ever seen them wasting time by going into the corners or whatever, it may be ugly but surely it might help us to keep a lead in the last few minues or whatever...

Guest Daniel Posted 22 August 2004 Posted 22 August 2004 I think they just stand Scowy at the end of the pitch and they all try to hit his head with the ball. They aim to kick it over the mole from what i seen yesterday. ::
Guest freund Posted 22 August 2004 Posted 22 August 2004 just saw the championship they're goal was a pile of sh*t, just a mega long ball and dabizas missed a header, then the player confused abut 4 players by turning round, jesus
Teeno Posted 22 August 2004 Posted 22 August 2004 I can't believe people are saying tat Paul Hart will do a better job than Micky. Is this the same Paul Hart that guided Forest to the bottom 3 of the 1st division last season, and has now ended up at Barnsley? Is this the same Paul Hart that put too much pressure on younger players and saw his side slip from the play offs one season to being heavily evolved in a relegation scrap the next season?
