HEGGSY Posted 26 March 2014 Posted 26 March 2014 I've got my mates ST for the Reading Game as he can't make it, I'm taking my little brother, I was wondering as my brother will have had a booking history, can I downgrade the ticket to an U16? As oppose to me having to buy an adult ticket for him? Or will I have to wait til general sale? Hope you got all of that.
Leicester1884Filbert Posted 26 March 2014 Posted 26 March 2014 yes, i upgrade all the time, and have downgraded a few times as well, just ring up, they will be fine. note: i was once told over the phone that you can not upgrade / downgrade, basically they are usless on the phone, and after asking to speak to the manager working they told me you could, so my dad would not of been able to go for the whole of this season away if i stuck with their first answer, always ask to speak to someone else.
