A teachers pension, a 2nd property to rent out or sell and the state pension or pension credits to fall back on. Not sure what relevance this story is supposed to have to the topic, ken? Sorry you was saying about forward planning and I was saying at some point he will still draw a state pension if he lasts that long so he is spending it now before he pops his clogs. I agree with most of what has been said. Informing those that are foolish is what Tenancy Training is about that Action Homeless do. Leaving them to it will not help them or if they have any their children. At least they can pass what they learn on to others preventing them from getting stressed.
