For those that lost track two Burmese workers were charged in December 2014 and could face the death penalty. The key evidence is said to be DNA from semen found on the female who was seemingly tragically raped before being killed. Plus I believe one if not both were captured on CCTV leaving the beach area very late around the approx time of this taking place.
