West Ham went down with a team full of talented players........ Southampton are in such a mess at the minute, and have now appointed a first team coach as manager with no previous sustained managerial experience at any level. That is bound to upset the players - No consistency.

I would be very surprised if Hoddle was appointed - That would cause a revolt there.
