  1. I think it was Inter who screwed it up in the end but even if they didn't, breaking rules further still because you know you've already broken them would not be a good move. Seems like both the Premier League and Championship are itching to punish teams like Leicester. Giving them more ammunition than they already have would be just the sort of incompetence that we're regularly accusing the club of.
  2. So living in Cornwall managed to get a ticket for this and have to say, how things have changed amongst the support really filled me with sadness. From minute one, the atmosphere was flat and quite toxic. Arguments between fans, constant booing and criticism (even though we started the game very well) and generally no support for the team and this is more than noticeable on the pitch (evidenced by Hermanson when leaving the pitch at half time actually saying to the fans, 'We need you. Please!'. Having lived down here for a number of years, I don't get to games as much as I would like. I'd be interested to know when support of the team was solely conditional on them performing on the pitch. 'Through the good times and the bad, we always back the lads' are the words we used to sing. Was not enjoyable at all to be in that atmosphere and watch that dross of a 2nd half. Addressing the performance. Personally, i've tried to cut Enzo as much as slack as possible. At the start of the season, it was a work in progress so you can kind of forgive it. After the Jan transfer window, you can understand the frustration with what happened with Sensi, but now? It's actually indefensible the way he will not deviate at all. Faes was last night (and has been for a few weeks) absolutely atrocious and should have been hooked at half time. The defending for the goal was probably the worst bit of defending i've seen for such a long time. Why back off AND show him inside?? Absolutely bizarre and at the other end of the pitch, it must be an awful situation to be in but I can have no sympathy for Daka and he really shouldn't be anywhere near the first team. The chances he's missed against Plymouth, Leeds, Millwall and that header at home (forgive me, I can't remember the game) are just inexcusable. If he's even in the squad for the next game, then I can only think that Enzo was lied to to get him through the door at the start of the season and this is his revenge. Nothing else at this point makes any sense. Having said all this, we are still in a position where we can control our own fate. Not sure I have the confidence that we can do anything positive with that.

    Daka

Shame it's a boz eye looking the wrong way.
  4. Get a tifo of Rudders with a calculator and fax machine
  5. I think he was showing signs of this at the start of the season before he got injured.
  6. Could see him having a bit of an Ndidi style renaissance under Enzo but if we need to make some space in the squad to bring players in, he'd definitely be on the expendable asset list.
  7. Given the amount of dogshit we've had on that right wing, letting Gray go looks like a really pointless exercise. Apart from that, the only one really is Kasper. That first 10 games where Ward was waging a culture war of his own against the art of goalkeeping, if Kasper was between the sticks, I think we'd have been comfortably mid-table.
  8. Or maybe he's dogshit.
  9. Ward is a perfectly capable goalkeeper. Iverson looks a decent prospect as back up this season. I can see the Ward/Kasper swap working out how the Maguire/Cags did in the first season. Everyone panicking because we didnt sign a replacement for Maguire but then realised we had a perfectly good one already.
  10. We all want Thomas to be amazing because he's homegrown but the fact is, he's our 3rd choice left back and isn't going to progress whilst in that position. At this stage of his career and where we are, if a good offer was made, it makes sense for everyone to let him go.
  11. Bad attitude.

  16. I spent the first couple of episodes of True Blood wandering if that really was Vinnie from Home and Away. Once it was confirmed, I really had no interest.
  17. Is showbox working again?
  18. Plug the box in, go online (not on your tv), and search for instructions on installing castaway, UK Turk, Spectofork and Exodus. They're all pretty reliable for free apps.
  19. Hate trainers but they're a comfortable and versatile bit of footwear. Sports Direct every 2 or 3 months and renew my Lonsdales. At Christmas I treat myself to an upgrade and get some Slazenger.
  20. Cant even get Stealth Stream to load. Wha gwon??
  21. Let us know how that goes pal.
  22. This is the thing. Being offended or upset by the use of your call to prayer in a terrorist simulation, doesnt in any way make you sympathetic to the terrorist cause. It just means you hate your religion being used as any kind of vehicle other than its religious content.
  23. The thing is, people are very quick to make this a present day issue when the fact is, people who hold religion dear have claimed to be offended by the smallest thing for as far back as I can remember be it muslims, jews, christians. You only have to look at the recent goings on in the Labour party. If you dont get your language and context 100% right when talking about anything concerning the jewish faith, you're an anti semite. On Question Time a few months bacj, an audience member actually said on national television in the year 2016, that same sex marriage offended her christian faith. Now to me, all of the above is a little OTT and people should be a bit more laid back about this stuff but my point is, we know that people are not ok with it. So with that in mind, do a terrorist drill run through without the religious content but furthermore, whether you include it or not, dont make the footage available to the public anyway. Put whether you think the offence caused is relevant to one side for a moment and ask yourself, was it actually necessary to use the phrase? I've heard people say it was a re-creation for authenticity etc, but it was a police drill using actors and volunteers. Everybody involved knew the purpose so what was the point. If a guy with a bomb vest strapped to himself appeared next to me in a shopping mall, what comes out of his mouth is pretty irrelevant to me at that point and also if someone starts shooting at me with an AK-47, his distorted religious beliefs would again be secondary in my mind. How the police and authorities deal with the bomb and the shooting is the important thing not the words they utter before hand. But again, the thing I find most ridiculous about this is making public footage of our counter terrorist measures. They can just tell us they do the drills, we dont need to see how it works. The only people that actually benefits are the terrorists themselves.
  24. He wasnt 'well in front' against Canelo. One judge had him ahead by 1 round and the other two had Canelo leading by 1 and 2 rounds. I've never watched any of his fights and thought him anything other than average. He has fast hands but his footwork is exceptionally poor and his inability to follow his corners instructions is incredibly annoying. He had the potential to be something but that very quickly disappeared.
  25. To be honest, there's an argument that a terrorist willing to so the sort of things that have been happening would have to be mentally unstable.
