Puel clearly thinks its a waste to have 2 CM's on the bench. That doesnt mean Diabate or Benalouanne are higher in the pecking order, it means Silva, James and Ndidi are and I might actually agree with that. We have great options, im just waiting for a game where we line up with 5 CMs

The utter disrespect makes me hate our fans, what does a player have to do?!?

Im Just terrified of two mega deals for Riyad and Vardy arriving on deadline day.
I think I’d have to take a break from football
-
For a makeshift defence that was a great display. Chillwell was even having a great game other than the bookings. He will learn from that.
Unfortunately in football today if you go to ground and don’t win the ball cleanly there’s an 80% chance of a booking.

Personally think in terms of tricks Knockaert was more skillfull, but the rest of his game is nowhere near Riyads along with a lack of pace and not much of a footballers brain.
But to the original question Knocky wins for me

Our obsession with Strikers over other positions that should be more of a priority continues then.
I just hope this one is abit more impressive than the others we’ve spunked money away on.
To me this is an area we need to strengthen, a few games ago the manager had Ulloa as our number 2 striker (if you count Shinji as a #10)
if hes he’s not confident in what we have why wouldn’t he look elsewhere?
If Vardy was out for a long period and Slimani had one bad game we’d all be calling for Puels head.

Lascelles is a huge downgrade on Morgan, age isn’t everything.

Yes but can he defend a corner. Get Steve Howard back rn
-
As people have mentioned, why the heck would king be behind Mahrez for pens. Would have probably been my number 1 pick
-
Everything has been great so far, my only reservation is the comments made about him not taking charge of transfers.
With the clown we have in charge of transfers it will be a scary month if Mahrez leaves. But quite clearly, if we can give Puel the tools he’s going to be a success
-
Good for him, but if Ghana were a premier league team they would be relegated by some distance.
Surely people can see the difference in quality.

There's no chance Rudkin can get this over the line, Top knows this. It's just good press back home
-
He's only being kept around because nobody else can play right back. If we sign one I sense he could be off. It was worth a punt on him, sometimes they work out sometimes they don't.
-
It's a huge relief that he is a capable back up. I must admit I didn't have a great deal of faith at the start of the season and I still am not convinced by his positioning. But he definitely has a bit of class to his game and he's taken his opportunity brilliantly.
One injury/ suspension and he could go from playing with the kids to a champions league quarter final

hope we never have to see him again.
Gray must be fuming!!!

He's basically Jeff. One is enough. Because Jeff has grown with us he gets a bit more leeway from me, Musa however has quickly jumped to my least favorite player.
Genuinely feel this the worst value signing the club has made since Ade....... I even think its going to turn out worse than Mills.

Albrighton so out of form?????????? Have a word.
Along with Drinky he's our most consistent player, just less noticeable as he spends most of the game defending.

You would take back at the club in their current state?
I can't think of any other then possibly Naughton and Gradel when fit would be a good squad player. But I'm not sure he'd get near the first 11 still.
There's got to be some youth player we've had on loan that's gone on to good things?
-
Can anyone else see that Perez Hilton is Dean Hammonds long lost twin
-
Just watching Pat Kisnorbo playing for Melbourne City v Sydney on BT Sport - the guys not lost any of his pace.....
Zeljko Kalac is on the coaching staff at Melbourne too, he looks way more comfortable off the pitch then he ever did on it.
Good game though.
My favourite player of the miserable decade. What a legend, we got relegated when he got injured against Sheff weds

Dion Dublin is a fox no?

I knew the second I saw this thread it was going to end in tears

I personally think he’s always been overrated. Burnley are just set up very well defensively, as this season has shown. Don’t think this is down to any individual talent, just the right mindsets. This made him look better than he is.
Despite their position, Burnley are the only team in the league that I genuinely wouldn’t sign a single player from. Everyone else has at least one I’d stick on the bench.
